Need help installing windows 10 on a usb drive

ive spending the last 2 days troubleshooting why my pc cant install windows. Ive downloaded windows media creator tool and reinstalled windows muiltiple times on my 2 usbs that i tried and i always seem to get error 0x8007025d ive done a lot of troubleshooting but i always seem to get this error.

This can be a few thing. Including a bad image.

- Memory: If you have 2 sticks try installing it with just 1 ram stick installed or another stick from another computer.

- SSD/HDD: it might be broken causing the error. Or i can remember 1 instance where the drive was encrypted.

- USB ports, try different ports to see if the problem is coming from there.

Also besides the keyboard unplug everything else

 

The error itself is a data corruption error. But that can come from anywhere

i got to work with the 32 bit version will this be a problem (btw im running a ryzen so mabye it doesnt have compatibility yet with 64 bit)
