AMD, NVIDIA, or AMD & NVIDIA?

For Project Alpha, I am rooting for a multi system server.

Gaming/Movie and media/DNS/streaming/rendering machine.

Multiple VMs for multiple functions.

1 = On main computer (motherboard)

2 = On expansion backplane (daughterboard)

3 = undecided.

4 = considering.

[1]ubuntu linux (Host OS - 2 or 4 cores )

[1]Windows VM #1 (primary vm - 4 cores )

[2][3]Windows VMs 2-4 (secondary vms - 3 to 4 cores each )  ( 3 windows vms total )

[2][3]Linux os dedicated for emulation for classic games ( secondary vm - 2 to 3 cores )

[2][4]Hackintosh OSX for content creation as well as features that don't normally come with windows. : P   ( secondary vm - 4 to 5 cores )

[4]  NVIDIA GTX 590 (or 690) for windows vms 2-4.

NVIDIA GTX 1050 ti for primary windows 10 vm

[4][3] AMD Radeon RX460 for Hackintosh vm

[4][3] NVIDIA graphics card (with an integrated ARM processor for compatibility and performance behavior reasons) for the Emulation Linux VM

Intel HD graphics for ubuntu linux host os.

[4][3] 10GBe SFP+ connecter for high bandwidth transmission for LAN (shared with all computers and VMs. )

[4][3] thunderbolt 3 pcie expansion card(s)

[4][3] Scuzzi (IDE drives.. the old as hell ones I mean.) PCI-E expansion card for simultaneous Read and Write data for my raid 10 with parity for safe keeping.

[4] USB 3.0 Expansion cards (for all vms.)

That's all for now so.. please, I need some feedback before dropping some dope money on hardware that's relatively.. cheap... for the most part. : P
