Problems after installing new CPU Cooler

After installing my new AIO CPU Cooler, i press the power button, it starts for a second, then turns off, and keeps repeating until I unplug or turn off the psu. 

 

Anyone have any ideas of what may be wrong? I made sure I didn't unplug the 8pin cpu power, reseated the RAM, reseated the cpu itself. I don't know what else to try.

Did you make sure the CPU fan header was populated? Is the pump plugged in? Try clearing CMOS too

Pump is plugged into a usb header, what do you mean is the gpu header populated? I plugged both fans into the cable from the pump and plugged the pump into the cpu fan header on the mobo.

Okay, i figured it out apparently my gpu became unseated during installation. Reseated it and it came on and seems to be fine now, thanks for the reply!!
