Not enough info.

Really need more. Is this a domain?

And what the heck are you doing with 2016 datacenter, if you don't know how to configure it?

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

Have u already got everything set up? If you're just playing around and are not permanently set up, a linux solution, like freenas, may actually be simpler. If you're already set up, that I agree with Radium_Angel, there's not enough information.

1. rdp to server

2. Create share (either NTFS/DFS/whateverfloatsyourboat).

3. Assign ntfs permissions to share

4. assign share permissions to share (just give everyone full access).

5. on client computer map a network drive.

6. optional: make gpo to deploy the sahe to all systems/users required.
