One PC, Twogames w/controller & keyboard/mouse

I have searched for many hours looking for a solution.  It's seems that many people have gotten close, but nobody has quite figured out how.  For my application I would like to use an Xbox One controller with one game on my TV while using the keyboard and mouse with a second game or for productivity stuff like email and web browsing.

 

I found one post that has the best information I've found so far https://forums.techguy.org/threads/can-i-play-2-games-on-one-computer-at-the-same-time.970345/. Using two controllers with two games is possible, you just can't use one controller with the keyboard and mouse. I would think there has to be a way for Windows 10 to keep the Xbox One controller focused on the game while the keyboard and mouse are doing something else..    .

On one of the posts I looked at a user made a comment about keyboards and mice using specific IRQ addresses so its not really possible to use two separate keyboards and mice.  I'm hoping it's possible with one controller.

Outside of running another game in a virtual machine see:

I'm not sure of another way to do this. Even nvidia home streaming or steam in house streaming takes over screen. I think hooking up another pc or laptop to screen for productivity and use better pc for gaming, just swap monitor input. And just use synergy(use ltt code) to control both pcs. I feel that is the easiest way to get what you want.
