quick dumb question.

just wondering, i could use the stock cooler ti'll i get the mounting bracket for the be quiet cooler without any problems right? 

also anybody here bought be quiet dark rock 3 to use for their amd cpu? how long before they deliver the bracket? and did they say anything when you inquire to them about it? (all i got from then was "thank you for your inquiry, we will respond as soon as possible). i wonder if they're just gonna ship it.

Yeah you can use the stock cooler, it'll be fine

yeah, while you use it though I wouldn't try to reach the chips max overclock, as the stock cooler can get the chip rather hot at high (well high for ryzen) clocks.
