Undetected device

Hello,

So problem is this(see picture attached)

I tried bunch of different solutions found in net, from basic disabling uninstalling to more strange things like energy settings tweaks and similar kind of settings. Problem is that this thing is not even a device I unplugged all usb devices but this still stays, and that annoying sound which appears when its appearing/dissapearing, I wouldn't mind just disabling that sounds because there is no problems other than that.

Check the motherboard manufacturer's drivers.

forgot to mention I even tried to reinstall the windows (just to clear it out) but this problem stayed.

Install the AsRock APP Shop program. It should be able to update the drivers.

it says no available updates in the server
