Fps Drop after a while of playing

Hi, its been a while that this happened to me in different games ( PUBG, WOW, BDO ). Right now im playing BDO and with high settings i play with 60 fps no problem, after a hour of playing  normally it will just drop to 15-30 fps, my pc is not thermal throttling, but i did notice that my gpu clock speed just went down from 1500 to 600(wich is how it is at iddle) when this was happening and the temps were in the 50s. Anybody know what can be causing this?

Changed the option to full power and been playing for 15 minutes without problems. Will keep testing
