Hello, so I recently built a PC and everything regarding hardware went perfectly fine, I only started noticing problems after I installed Windows 10. The first time I installed Windows 10 everything went perfectly fine and got set up. I was able to download drivers, but this is when the problem arose.  One of them wanted to restart, so that it could finish the update. The PC would turn on, but nothing would show up on the monitor. Now everytime I restart it to try and fix it, it asks me to install Windows again even though I had already installed it. I tried restarting it with the windows USB attached and without, with would cause it to do what is seen in the video, and with it would try and make me install windows again. I will attach a video link, along with some photos of the bios settings. I’m not sure what to do, and I don’t want to pay a store $100 to get it fixed.

Video of what’s happening:
