Im building my self a new computer and was wondering if the I should buy the cryorig r1 ultimate or r1 universal. I am worried about ram compat I will be using the G.Skillz trident z rgb kit.

The Trident Z is rather tall, so go with the Universal, I have the Ultimate and it can only fit the Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 just nice.

Yea looks are important im going black and white but those are not my only options looks are 2nd performance 1st

Unless you are going for highest OC, Dark Rock 3 or H5 would be good option. Both block 1st RAM slot for high profile sticks, but if you are only using 2 sticks, you are fine. With R1 Ultimate and other dual towers heatsink blocks 1st slot too, and fan 2nd. But you can also move fan to other side. Doesn't effect performance, and will give some more room with RAM.
