How can I check if these two fit in my motherboard and do you believe they can perform  good enough to play games like pubg?

H81 = socket 1150 = any haswell desktop CPU will fit.

the GTX 1060 will fit on any mainboard that has a PCIe 16x slot.

pubg is a bad performer so look for the fastest CPU you can afford and add some 8 or better 16gb of DDR3 RAM

I got 8 gb ram already but I am experiencing low fps (10-15) on games like fortnite lately. So I thought it's a problem of cpu and graphic card. And btw how I understand if a cpu is fast or not.(sorry for really not having an idea)

clock speed and cores basically.

it gets more complicated when comparing different CPU architectures and generations (intel skylake vs intel haswell vs amd ryzen vs amd athlon) but for your board, only intel 4000 and 5000 series matters.

First, I asked what your specs where and then you answered with your specs and after that you said that you gave me your specs.. i dont get it...

let me explain.YOU first asked me for my specs. Then I answered with my specs.I thought that you wanted my specs to see them and then help me with my cpu-graphic card choice.BUT you didnt answer so i quoted you again saying "i gave you my specs" in order to get you back to the conversation xD . So you came back asking if i had bought anything and my answer to that is that i dont understand what do you mean by "bought anything". Yes i have this PC for about ten years so actually i have added the extra ram and the motherboard myselfif that is that you asking. :)
