I don’t care about the display 15 or 17 and I don’t care about weight neither all i want that it have a good cooling system , acceptable fans and good battery life ,, i am living outside usa . I've seen quite a few 7700HQ + 1060/1070 + 16GB + 256SSD for around 800-900 for the 1060 and 1100-1200 for the 1070. Microcenter recently had the Alienware R4 7700HQ + 1070 for 850$.

It's a gaming laptop, battery life will be 5 hours of normal use. And terrible for gaming on battery.

I wouldnt get the alienware laptop because it doesnt have an SSD. The other 2 laptops consists of SSDs and HDDs. In terms of aesthetics, the MSI laptop looks better, especially with the RGB keyboard and brushed aluminum finish. The MSI laptop has more SSD storage if thats something you want to consider.

Ask a question, get an answer. Don't be a jerk. And how was that a joke? Which part of it sounded like a joke? Do you legit want me to go through every laptop and tell you an exact time it would take to go 100-0 for every game? You're ridiculous. Go ahead and spend the 1700$ on a laptop that can be gotten for 800$ I won't help you anymore.

Yes, a thin laptop with a hot GTX 1070 isn't a good idea

Also IMO Asus ROG laptops don't have the best build quality (mediocre plastic chassis with flex for instance) and cooling solution (throttling, loud fans)

Overall the GT62VR is slightly better
The new Alienwares have a problem which the heatsink is not fitted evenly (however that's not a big deal, you can fix it)
