Give us your budget and currency.

What do/will you use the system for?

What monitor(s) will you use with the system?

Laatly, what exactly broke on your current system and what are the components you already have? Because I guarantee there are components you can and should re-use.

It isn't a good board for a Ryzen R5 as there are no VRM heatsinks. He won't be able to do much of an overclock. The B350-F would be a better option. Also he doesn't need to spend money on W8 when he can use W10 for free for the time being. It is cheaper to buy a key to activate it after that.

You may have components that can be reused. This will allow for a more powerful build.

Case?

Psu?

Memory?

HDD?

SSD?

CPU cooler?

@EliasK

I did not include an hdd in the hopes that the hard disk in your Acer can be salvaged.

All the prices are from https://www.inet.se/. If you shop around you can probably improve on the cost.
