Im having some real troubles Getting mouse to work.

Ive tried 2 differnet mouse. Both work fine on laptop. They are USB.

I also have a logitech k830 With a track pad on it. IT also will not install. The keyboard portion however does work.

When plugging in the mouse to usb it is seen and i can see it in settings however it is under "other devices" where as on my other computer its seen under "mouse, keyboard and pen"

Ive tried automatically updating driver, uninstalling and truning of computer waiting 30 mins. I cant figure it out. Its been over 6 hours and my patience is wearing thin...

Can i get some help?

Is it new or have u used it before? It connects via dongle? Operating System? One page says only windows 7 & 8 is supported, another adds windows 10...i would personally try manually downloading the driver: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/living-room-keyboard-k830/downloads#windowsPnlBar

does your laptop have bluetooth that the keyboard could be trying to connect to instead of using its dongle?

What laptop are you trying to connect it to?

Best Excuses:

#1(simple) "Well, I never liked that stupid thing anyway!"

#2(complex) "Obviously there was a flaw in the material, probably due to the inadvertent introduction of contaminants during the manufacturing process."
