PLease help! Games skipping!

Recently every game I play the frames just drop out of no where. I skip through games and its so bad I cant even play. When I open task manager sometimes it says the RAM is being used up.

 

I have a i5 6600k

1060 6gb

16gb of ram

 

PLEASE HELP!

Close the applications that are using up your Ram  (Given "being used up" means 90-100% utilization)

Maybe a bitcoin miner malware eating up your PC resources ? I had similiar issues when i had them.
