Question regard on Threadripper

Good day everyone, i apologise for my bad English in advance, just got some question regard on ram compatibility on threadripper.
 
I recently got a 1920X as gift and thinking of doing a build with it, so my question is, will CMK16GX4M4A2666C16 corsair rams work on TR motherboard? ( X399 Aorus Gaming 7 ) 

 

While i am not on a budget but i would prefer not to buy new rams ( i am not a fan of those fancy rgb rams ).

It should work fine, but what speed (MHz) are the ram?

Try using the PSU Tier List!

Ram: 1x16gb DDR4, 2x8gb DDR4

GPU: gtx 3080

it is DDR4 RAM far as I can see so yes, I do not know if you will get the max frequency of it, but it is low enough that I would imagine yes, please note faster RAM will make you system faster with ryzen, especially if you are overclocking. But yes it should work, ryzen far as I know does not have the RAM issues it used to have anymore, (TR might be different, but I doubt it)

It'll work fine. You'll probably be able to OC too. Just update the bios first.

Thank you, i just don't want to spend $500 on those fany rgb rams since i live in Australia.

Look at the QVL for the motherboard you want to use. That will tell you if it will work or not.
