Viewsonic xg2401 settings..

Ayt its my first time having a decent 144hz monitor. The basic settings is horrible, i alrdy tweaked it abit and still not satisfied with the result. I feel like im missing something. Beside from the monitor settings itself, are there any settings i shld configure? If yes what shld i touch and not to? Values? I know i shld base it on my own liking but having something to start with would be nice. Thanks
