You will lose all your files stored in that folder.

 

If your photoshop files etc. are stored somewhere else, you're perfectly fine.

You will lose everything in your temp folder.

 

You can see what's inside by doing Ctrl + R (the Run command) then typing in %temp% and clicking OK.

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.
