window 10 WINDOW 10 CRITICAL PROBLEM

Hello 

I have been using windows 10 for a long time and I have got some problems over my time of use 

The first one is that I cant open my start bottom or left click it.

my second is that I cant open my settings thought about trying to factory reset it so it is like new. 

Those 2 problems were just now, A day ago or yesterday I had a problem that I was getting the blue scream of death saying "IQRL IS NOT EQUAL OR LESS and MEMORY MANAGEMENT" there were more things like this but it stopped after one crash NOTE my pc crash into a blue scream almost 50 times no joke  .

plz help the I upgrade my gt210 to gtx960 3 days ago {if it helps anyone}

EDIT - already ran Powershell and cmd nothing work

More likely than not a driver issue, but just reinstall Windows.

i got a USB stick but i don't have windows in it

It's fine, we all start somewhere

 

Go to Microsoft's website and download the Windows 10 Install Media (or just search Google for it).

Then run it and choose the USB drive you want to install Windows 10 to.

Once you do that I'll help you with the next step.
