kubutu gpu error

so today I cant boot my system, I keep getting recovery clock reached max voltage after which I end up in emergency mode.

Which OS are you using? And did you add any SWAP Partition? And Probably you have Overclocked your CPU try disabling Overclock...

Kubuntu and no overclock, even reset the BIOS to default settings and still nothing. I just installed Kubuntu from the installer and used default settings, Though it did say something about dependencies for swap file.

gave up and just reinstalled Ubuntu 16 over it hopefully it doesn't happen again.
