Ethernet Won't Work

clear the DHCP table on your router, or just reboot the router.

The router itself works perfectly fine, all my other devices are connected perfectly, and I rebooted it onces already. I looked it up on google and it looks like I need to download some drivers and some updates for windows 10 but how do I do that without internet?

Is this a fresh installation of Windows? If so, the generic Windows drivers may not work. You should get your manufacturer's drivers.

You'll need to use another computer.

No, that won't work. A flash drive or something will. I can't read. Yes, you'd use a USB flash drive to transfer the driver installer to the new machine.
