Pay cable to 12v barrel jack

I'm posting this here because I don't know where else to put it.  Anyway, I'm wanting to put a small lcd panel in the side panel of my case.  The panel requires a 12v barrel jack to a wallwart for power. While running the wallwart through a water cooling grommet is a possibility, I'd really like to connect it directly to the pay.  Is there a cable I can get that'll plug into the pcie slot on the psu to give me the 12v barrel jack I need?

 

Would it be possible to mod my own?  Or am I just stupid for asking?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

if the 12v rail on your psu delivers the power needed to drive the screen, you can fry up your own adapter cable. You just need to watch for the correct polarity of the plugs.

I saw a vid on youtube about this a few weeks ago seemed pretty simple no crazy adapters needed.. ffs i cant seem to find it
