Any program I install (Steam, Origin, Speedfan) doesn't tart with boot of Windows, I have it in the start up folder and even went and did the "StartupDelayInMSec" edit in the registry but the program won't start even after ten minutes. Any ideas on this? I do have the shortcuts in the start up folder.

A;sp I got the OEM version  of 8.1 so that may be why but I don't have any default Windows 8 themes and I cant seem to find the default ones online. I know its silly but where can I get them?

Have you tried checking the "Run at startup" button in the settings for each of the programs.

Steam: Steam > Settings > Interface > Run Steam when my computer starts

Origin: Origin > Application Settings > General > Automatically launch Origin when I log on to Windows

Speedfan: Windows Key + R > Regedit > Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run > Right Click in the RIGHT pane > New/String Value > Name it "Speedfan" > Double click on "Speedfan" > Enter Path in value e.g. "C:\Program files\Speedfan\Speedfan.exe" > OK

Be sure to put quotes around the path if there are spaces.

As far as I can figure the start up folder in 8/8.1 is useless xD.

Edit: make sure your graphics card drivers are installed then the themes should show up. But you can get themes from all over the place. The most creative of which seem to be on DeviantArt.

Ah it works when I added it to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. Very nice. Only problem now is it prompts me to click yes for "Are you sure you wanna run this program box" at start up

Does it have a "Do Not show this again" Check box?

I'm assuming it doesn't.

Is it set to administrator?

Just say always its probably because you have use account control on and arnt running it as administrator. It sometimes does it even if you have user account control off. Win8 has gone back to winxp style of handeling tge administrator so even if you are a admin you still sometime have to rusn as administrator for certain programs especially when applying settings. I assume they choose to do this for security purposes.

I've Copied the default Themes from my computer to Google Drive

THIS ONE Titled "Resources" needs to be in

C:\Windows\Resources

(Copy Contents into your Resources folder)

The only other ones I have are custom Themes.
