Hyper X Cloud or Hyper X Cloud 2?

Hello!

 

So my old Hyper x Cloud  headset just broke and I'm looking to buy a new headset.

Im deciding between buying the Same (Cloud 1) or go for the Cloud 2 instead. For me it's the same price for both of the headsets so I'm leaning towards the Cloud 2 because  they are supposed to be better. But I have heard a lot of people having problems with the Cloud 2 audio so should I just go for the Cloud 1 then?

I got the Cloud 2, and its really good audio. The virtual 7.1 surround is quite nice. And normal headphone option works perfectly with games like Counter Strike. The only downside i can think of this headset is the microphone, its really freakin low. So you will need to remove the microphone protection thing from the mic. And people will need to boost your volume in viop applications. And in most games you can barely adjust it, so you will have a bad time using ingame voice chats. Its actually frustrating to be honnest.

 

The audio itself is fine and very well, especially shooters. But they did cheap out on the microphone quality.
