so earlier this week, I overclocked my cpu using the bsel mod (core 2 quad q6600 overclocked to 3ghz with 1333 fsb) and it worked out successfully but whenever I launched csgo, there would be horrible glitchiness in players, for example, whenever i spectated someone, the screen stutters around. It's just like lag but isn't because my ping isn't so high. and when I jumped into minecraft, i noticed that things were literally sped up, even on servers. Like when i run around and jump, it goes twice as fast. This is happened to me before when i messed around with a program called SetFSB but now it's happening again. does anyone know why this happens and is there a fix to this?

I misread titles/posts way too often--correct me if I don't.
