Hey guys, I've finally built my dream pc and I want to make it quiet. Ive been looking into a 550 watt fully modular Seasonic Gold psu  fully modular, and I want a decent sized case that has good airflow while not being loud AF or being to flashy Im using an Hp Pavillion case rn because my carbide was to bright and green. Overall a window would be fine but I don't want a crazy rgb vomit just a clean case with optimal airflow and drive bays

Corsair Carbide Spec-01/03 are pretty cheap and well built. Would recommend rubber screws for the fans though since once you get past 3 fans it tends to get kinda loud.

4*sledded 2.5/3.5" bays and 2 5.25" bays should be enough for most users (drive cage can be removed to improve GPU intake if needed, with the HDDs/SSDs moved into the 5.25" bays. Personally I removed the 5.25" cage and am thinking of removing the drive cage too, if I can figure out a non-janky way of mounting the HDDs and SSD somewhere else)

I've heard good things about the Silent Base 600. Not much experience with air coolers, though.

The tried and true quiet build I use that matches is a 400Q with an RM750x.  400Q doesn't have a window, but does have silent panels like you mentioned wanting, and the RMx series PSU does come in a 550w model with a Zero RPM Fan mode for quiet operation.
