Pearly white interior?

I want a PC with a very bright pearly white interior.  Windowed case.  I want it to look like an online Portal 2 test chamber with a lot of light in it.

 

Would it be best to spray paint the interior white (with heat resistance obviously).  Would spray paint diminish a cases heat absorbing properties?

 

Would RGB lit Mobos/Fans/RAM offer a meaningful difference or is it best to just use regular LED lights?

 

What are LED lights which are bright enough to illuminate the whole case?

 

Would mirrors, glitter or other reflective material help achieve the look I'm going for?

PC Build: R5-1600.  Scythe Mugen 5.  GTX 1060.  120 GB SSD.  1 TB HDD.  FDD Mini C.  8 GB RAM (3000 MHz).  Be Quiet Pure Wings 2.  Capstone-550.  Deepcool 350 RGB.

I'm not sure what you mean by "pearl white", but try the white S340.

Phanteks Enthoo Luxe has a white model that includes lighting that can be (using an optional cable) controlled by a number of different motherboards. Phanteks also has sells compatible LED strips.

 

Fractal-Design Define R5 also comes in a white model.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
