Logitech G933 echo problems

Hello, everyone for some reason my party chat on Xbox is hearing an echo of themselfs and they can also bear all my in-game sounds for some reason. I have my tv muted and I am not sure how to fix this issue. It didn't always do this but I just started using my Xbox again. Can someone help me with this issue?
