nvidia Wait to buy new GPU?

Should I upgrade to a 1060 from a 960 now? or should I wait a few months until new nvidia gpus? Does anyone have a word on when the 1160 or the 2060 or whatever they are calling it will be released?

If 960 is not enough now for what you use it then upgrade to 1060.

960 to 1060 especially at inflated pricing is not worth the jump with the minimal gains you will see. What you could do is wait to see if the supposed 1070 ti is truly coming out which would probably mean the 1070 gets a price cut and jump on that or wait for Vega 56 to appear for msrp.I also suggest looking on hwswap and other places because you can get 980 Ti and such for pretty cheap now!  You can slowly put money aside to make either happen while you watch and make a choice plus you can just wait for black friday and holiday sales for really good bargains!
