Hi, I have a problem that I bought Monitor Monitor LG 24MP59G-P, I have some strange white "clearances" on the monitor, you can see on the black sleigh these matrices yes or replace the warranty?

That looks like backlight bleed or IPS glow (probably this). There isn't anything you can do to fix it as its a characteristic of IPS screens. The only way to get rid of it would be to return your monitor and try your luck on a different one. You may have to try a completely different model display to get one that is significantly better or even a higher quality/more expensive display.
