ACPI Bios Error when booting

My games have recently been crashing and every once in a while my computer would crash. I restarted and it booted up fine and then turn it off and went to bed. When I booted it today it gave me the windows loading screen with the spinning circle and within a second I get s blue screen that has the stop code ACPI bios error. I don't know what to do I've look up trouble shooting but all the things I've seen is for when your updating to windows 10.

Have you tried resetting BIOS to defaults?

Is there a BIOS update you could try out?
