780 + Nvidia ShadowPlay?

Hi! I am going to buy a 780 and I wonder if I can use Nvidias ShadowPlay with it.

for ShadowPlay to work you'll need a GPU with Kepler, and I dunno if the 780 has it, I think so.

And some people say that its only the 600 series GPUs from 650 and up that can use ShadowPlay, but I just cant believe that.

 

I may sound like a retard, sorry.. But please help out.

Yep you can. I have a 780 and use shadow play. Just make sure you run the games in Fullscreen.

Works great and doesn't hit FPS that hard at all.

It *is* the 600 series and up...the 780 is the 700 series...which is up from the 600 series...

Yes, i have this set up and it's great.

Beware, shadowplay uses internet bandwidth so set your settings low.

Use Fraps for pre-recording and use shadowplay for those 2minutes you wished you wished to record
