Random freezing

OS: windows 10 pro 64 bit

CPU: i5-2320
Memory: 8GB DDR3
GPU: MSI 7870 hawk
Mobo: Foxconn 2ABF
operating system: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit

PSU: corsair RM650i

BIOS Version: AMI 7.05 (2012-05-02, cant find any updates anywhere)

so I have been having a issue for the past few months (ever since creators update) where my entire computer will freeze, the sound will keep repeating the last few milliseconds, and all USB devices will loose power. this usually happens in Firefox but I have had it happen in different programs as well (I think I just use Firefox the most, so logically that where it usually happens). The only way to recover from the crash is to reboot, I think eventually the computer reboots on its own because I have come home to my computer rebooted often (I have the MOBO fans plugged into a fan controller so it gets stuck at the "press f1" to continue screen, that's how I know it reboots).

anyone else having this issue? anyone have a clue how to fix it?

it has a Toshiba HDD, I have a SSD coming in the mail (thanks ebay :P)
