24 port switch

do you have any suggestion for a good 24 port switch within the range of 80-150 euros

what about ubiquiti? anyone using them?

it will be nice if the switch supports managing

Managed is going to add around 100 so only do that if you really need it.

In that price range i would pick a decent Netgear Prosafe. 

Isnt ubiquiti for accespoints and such? Their switches are to power and manage them if i am correct.

any other requirements you need (like a 10 gigabit connection to link it to other switches)?

Yes, ubiquiti sells access points but also switches with and without POE , 24 and 48 ports

Do you want new or used? You can get awesome deals for used enterprise gear for cheap. I have seen 48 port POE switches go for 100-150 USD.

Look at somthing like a cisco catalyst 2960s it would fit your needs (except for POE)  I have two of these in my setup at home and a couple of them on my desk at work.
