Help! Refresh rate!

So everything was working fine, not too sure when this actually started happening but I have overclocked my monitor to 74 Hz from 60,

It was working fine until recently, not sure exactly when because I just checked it now because everything didn't feel as smooth. In my Nvidia settings it says my native resolution is 1920 x 1080 at 74 Hz, I click apply, and it just doesn't change

I go to my display adapter settings, check to see if its at 74 Hz like it usually is, and it's at 60! I go to change it and it says its at 74, I close it, reopen display adapter settings and its right back to selecting 60 Hz.

So here you see me change it https://gyazo.com/92d6a955c59548c802d83c6cd2df6a83.

Then here you see me Reopen display adapter settings >monitor annnnd it says 60 Hz

you have to lower it; i have read somewhere that DVI doesn't like display overclocking past ~64hz.

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

People overclock to like 120 Hz with DVI on off-brand korean monitors.
