factory reset Win 10 Factory reset

Hey people

 

I have a friends computer that i need too factory reset. The problem is that it's a 2in1 tablet pc. It won't boot, it won't do Windows own factory reset,

I was able to start the pc in failsafe mode, and start CMD but there's no former restore points so rstrui.exe is of no help.

It does not have a normal usb port either, only a micro, and even with an adaptor the computer will not accept a flash boot drive.

 

i've run out of ideas, i need help. please..

Could you possibly provide some additional information?  Make and model of machine for starters would be really good.

Does it have a keyboard?  Does holding shift during a boot get you to the troubleshooting options?

it does have a keyboard, and i can acces the troubleshooting menu by holding alt + F10. but is not very keen on making me do anything.
