Need suggestion for am4 motherboard

So after only 4 months of use my msi x370 gaming plus' ethernet adapter suddenly died on me....

 

I am looking for a new motherboard around or below the price of my current one and i kinda wanna avoid realtek's ethernet adapters, however this is not a must because i generally do have good experience with their products. Its weird that suddenly this ethernet adapter just stopped working..

 

The only requirements that i have are overclocking and 4 fan headers.

I am thinking about getting a msi b350 gaming pro carbon, what do you think?

MSI mobos on AM4 are generally trash, but my ethernet experience with MSI (ZH77-G41, MSI B350 Carbon) has been horrible. I always recommend high end ASRock and Asus mobos and one MSI B350 Carbon however, your own danger-only the VRM is fine, the ethernet sucked hard. Asus X370-F is nice.

What CPU do you have?

Carbon has only 4 satas

That is what I would recommend though as I think it's a very good board for the price.

Then get a decent X370 (Prime Pro) if you plan to do OC with cooler different than the Spire
