Installing Windows 10 problems

Go to solution Solved by MrPhyber,

Try to use a USB flash drive to install windows 10 instead of the DVD. You should update the bios to F2, too

Hello! I just finished my build, and I wanted to install Windows 10, but it will just stay like this for hours (the image). I tried google-ing this problem, but unsuccessful.

   System specs:

  CPU: AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1920x

  MOBO: GIGABYTE x399 Gaming 7

GPU: ZOTAC 1080ti AMP EXTREME CORE EDITION

  STORAGE: Samsung 960 PRO 512GB

                      WD Black 2TB

Memory: 64GB of Gskill TridentZ RGB

DVD Writer: External DVD Writer Asus ZenDrive 8x

I tried to set the DVD Writer as the primary boot drive in the BIOS and BOOT MENU, I tried using the DVD Writer (internal) from my old PC, set the Storage Boot Option Control on Disabled and UEFI only, and nothing worked. The post code on my Mobile was AE.
