Touch Screen Replacement

I figured out in a previous thread that I could most likely switch my current laptop panel in for a nicer one. Could I put a touch screen 1080p display in my laptop?
 

I want to replace the screen in the Dell Latitude E5450, its got an i5 5300u w/ Intel 5500 iGPU. Service Code: 29ZXD72
