dell 7567 lags and freezing while doing basic tasks?

Use CrystalDiskInfo and check the HDD's status. Most likely because of the HDD. Swap it out with a SSD or 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

i hope thats the case, if not then i have no choice than to go for a portable itx case along with monitor and keyboard etc.. bte u cpus with ssd also had bits of lag and freeze.
