i got a hauwei nova from a friend and they bought it in china 

now its programmed with all the chinese equivelents of the play store and all other goodies

is there a way to get an english version of android 7.0 or someway to boot fresh from nougat?
i cant really do anything with the phone since everythings in chinese and what not

The phone might not even support the bands you need to use it in the US, but if it does you might just want to install a custom rom on it. RessurectionRemix is good.

ive never flashed any of my phones
and i finally figured out how to get the playstore but its stuck loading everytime i go into it
