So I found out that my pc was running on 1066Mhz ram frequency or so, and I tried to get it up to 3200Mhz that the Ram supports... But after some hours searching and talking to others, i found out that my i7 6800K don't support more than 2133Mhz and that's the max I can get it to. So my question is if I should upgrade from two ram chips to four or to change my socket to 2066 and buy an i9 as well... or just to OC my current setup.

My specs:

  MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Gaming X         2
  MSI 2-Way SLI Bridge L        1
NZXT Phantom 820 Big Tower Matte Black  1
  Seagate Desktop 4TB 3.5" SSHD   1
  Intel Core i7-6800K Prosessor    1
Corsair Hydro Series H110i CPU Kjøler   1
  Samsung 850 PRO 512GB 2.5" SSD    1
  Corsair Vengeance LED DDR4 3200MHz 32GB   1
MSI X99A GODLIKE GAMING CARBON   1
EVGA GQ 1000W Hybrid Modular 80+ PSU   1
  Noctua NF-A14 FLX 140mm Vifte     1
  NZXT RF-FZ20S-U1 200mm Rød LED Vifte    1

intel says with that, that they guarantee that your ram will work at 2133mhz, and the 1066mhz is half of it, as ddr means double data rate, so it actually runs at 2133mhz.

if you want it to run at 3200mhz, go into your bios and enable xmp in the memory tab. it will go to 3200mhz and other programs will most likely say it runs at 1600Mhz if you have enabled xmp, which means that it worked

but also if I write ''wmic memorychip get speed'' in CMD it says 2133Mhz even if I've enabled XMP
