Network repeater

I have a old pc with a netgear wireless adapter N300 

I was wondering if i am able to convert the pc with adapter into a repeater in which I can send give the pc ethernet speed and let that transmit to other devices using my wireless adapter,

The windows 10 hotspot feature doesn't work for me
