No matter what I try it always seems like my adaptive mode wants to try to match my VID, only difference is my VCORE doesn't bounce around as much but still wants to spike as high as the VID goes

Is there something im missing here on why it's doing this? If any has any tips or advice on why this could be happening please help me out, I plan on deliding my chip and getting to 5ghz and i'm not trying to have it on manual voltage when I achieve this, I would like to have it on adaptive atleast I don't think constant voltage to the chip is fairly good for it

x2 8gb (16gb) Vengeance LED Ram (X.M.P 3000mhz)

I've messed with all LLC Levels, I have Speed-step and C-States enabled, Balanced Performance is on, IA AC/DC set to 0.01, Adaptive Mode Turbo set to 1.235V with a "+" Auto Offset

*I do not do any stress testing of any sort when observing my VCORE, the spiking is happening during normal computer use... not even gaming
