Can someone please explain why my future gaming rig is going to cost me like $300 more than it would have 6 months ago??? I'm pissed. I also would like to know how cryptocurrency or mining stuff works. Like a guide thanks

Supply and demand. People are buying up GPUs (a big pick up in mining recently) so they're going up in price. Lots of people are adopting the new platforms, so RAM prices are also still pretty high. PSUs seem to be pricey right now from what I've seen too and a load seem to be out of stock.
