Hello,

So I have an Acer laptop, Aspire E 15 E5-573G-52G3. I play CS:GO and a variety of different games. I've been looking into getting a 144hz monitor, but discovered that to get the full 144hz, a hdmi cable won't support it, unless the monitor does, but those monitors are more expensive. The problem is that the only connection on my computer that would work is an hdmi input, no DP, DVI, etc. I've been trying to find a solution, but can't find any other solution. While looking into it, I heard that there is a program that is able to force 120hz through a hdmi cord. Sadly I haven't found that program, if you know of it please let me know what it is called. If you have any other solution please also let me know, my only way of running another monitor is through hdmi, so if there is no other way I guess I'll have to put more cash into getting a more expensive monitor that supports 120hz through hdmi. THANKS!!!!
