So sometimes when I get up from bed to stand up someting really weird happens. My whole eyesight suddenly just gets covered in red for like 4 seconds or so. Or sometimes it happens when I turn and look into the light outside through my window. It usually happens in the morning. Like I have my eyes open but I cant see sh*t because its just all red for like 4 secs.

When you stand up out of bed, do you stand up quickly?

If you do, what you are experiencing is a sever form of Orthostatic Hypotension most likely.  Just don't stand up quickly.  It causes blood to pool in your legs/ankles and you will feel dizzy because your heart has less blood to pump resulting in a loss in blood pressure and your eyesight will go weird for a few seconds.

It will also happen with light because you havn't been looking at light all night so your eyes are sensitive for a little bit, so if you stare at a light that light will cause you some sort of pain or discomfort and make your eyes sore and you won't be able to see anything for a few seconds.

Go to a doctor if you are worried though.

This is normal. When you stand up too quickly, the blood pressure in your head decreases significantly causing you to get dizzy and lose eyesight for a brief moment. In extreme cases you could even get unconscious.

Your body usually prevents this from happening by tightening your blood vessels so that the pressure remains at an acceptable level.
