1440p 144Hz

Hey guys,

 

I am currently in the mareket for a monitor + GPU upgrade to 1440p 144Hz or 1080p Ultrawide 144Hz, but I am unsure whether to go with AMD or Nvidia as I really want to have an Adaptive Sync monitor. Any advice? Maybe monitor or GPU recommendations?

 

P.S. I would be able to spare about 1000$.

This is a great 1440p144hz monitor, no adaptive sync but i don't find it necessarywith the 1080p version i have from many years ago, this is just a resolution upgrade from my one and i could not be happier with this series, link is to the 27in version but the 24in has all the same features, and because they are discontinued they are pretty cheap.

1080ti. The cheapest way to achieve 1440p 144Hz in most games provided that your CPU is good enough
