  1. You will be taken to a character customization menu followed by a tutorial with Lamar.
  2. Press the up arrow key on your keyboard and use your arrows keys to navigate to the browser icon. There are several categories of sites to visit, a few of them are vehicles, and I believe you get a car during the tutorial.
  3. Explained above.
  4. Nope, though I believe the tutorial has a payout if you don't skip it.
  5. You have a chance of getting a wanted level if the NPC decides to call the cops, or another NPC sees you stealing the car and calls the cops.

GTA should walk you through most of this, but here's one thing to consider: I'm not too sure you can play GTA 5 with a Core 2 Duo. I've tried it and it was horrible.

Anyways, find a nice fast-looking car and steal it by pressing F near it; it can be your personal vehicle. You don't have to worry about driving it into the ocean or a player throwing rockets at it, you can just open your phone (with middle mouse button) and call Mors Mutual to reclaim it. Try out adversary mode and races, then once you save up $185k, buy one of the 6 car garage houses in Vinewood Hills. It's been a while, but i think the first thing you should try is buying the Elegy RH8 from the Legendary Motorsport website in the phone's browser. The car is fast and handles really well, but most importantly, it's free!

Okay, you should be fine with anything more powerful than a Core 2 Quad.

You can have an infinite amount of personal vehicles. If you bought it or put it in a garage, it's a personal vehicle.

It's so your car pops up with a car icon on the map, you really shouldn't worry about it too much.

Sure, just make sure you get it insured at Los Santos Customs so you can get it back if it's destroyed. It should be in the same section as the tracker at the Customs.

You can certainly do both of those, but make sure you sell a car that's worth something, because selling cars at Los Santos Customs has a 1 hour(?) cooldown time.
