RAM timming degraded

i was able to hit 3066 at my current component (in over a month)

but today my pc got problem and wont hit over 2933

can anyone tell me why?

no problem at 3066 not a single crash

but today i turn off my pc with power button

Did you use XMP to over clock it?  If so, go into your bios and reset the XMP profile.

i use xmp for timming and speed put manually

already reset to default and put back it like 3066 no crash settings
