RAM timming degraded

i was able to hit 3066 at my current component (in over a month)

but today my pc got problem and wont hit over 2933

can anyone tell me why?

no problem at 3066 not a single crash

but today i turn off my pc with power button

Can you not just reset it?

That would clear your timing changes and reset them to defaults
